Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods (source codes, Skripts, Minecraft configurations, compiled binaries, and downloadable software), all sales of digital products are generally final once downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions: If a digital product is objectively broken, contains severe unresolvable defects that prevent its advertised operation, and our technical support team cannot provide a patch or fix within 7 business days, a full refund may be issued to your original payment method.

2. Custom Development Services Cancellation

For custom development services, cancellation terms depend on the project stage:

• Before Work Commences (Requirements Gathering Phase): Full refund of the project deposit minus a 5% administrative payment processing fee.
• During Active Development: Partial refund proportional to uncompleted milestones. Completed milestones and hours already invested by engineering staff are non-refundable.
• After Project Delivery / Final Approval: No refunds are granted once the final deliverables have been delivered and accepted by the client.

3. Revision & Bug-Fix Period

Every custom development package includes a dedicated warranty period (14 to 45 days depending on package tier) during which all bug fixes and configuration adjustments within the agreed scope are performed free of charge.
