By accessing or using the RG Studios Store (https://store.rg-studios.in), purchasing digital products, or commissioning custom development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.
RG Studios operates a unified identity system across `rg-studios.in` and `store.rg-studios.in`. You are assigned a permanent identifier (e.g. RG-XXXXXX). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for all activities under your account.
All digital goods, including Minecraft configurations, Spigot/Paper plugins, Discord bot frameworks, software templates, and assets, are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly designated under an open-source license, purchases grant a non-transferable, commercial license for your personal or organization use. Reselling, leaking, or redistributing our raw files is strictly prohibited.
Custom development services require milestone approvals and client requirements intake. Estimates provided during initial quotation are subject to scope adjustments if additional requirements are introduced during active development.
